March 13 Slideshow…a time to renew acquaintances

We had a great turnout to the March 13 Slideshow with members from “Golden Agers” joining us to hear the excellent talk by Kelley Cook about the rebuilding of the Hudson Bay Company trail. Her insight into the history was especially interesting. There were maps and books for sale and can be purchased at the Hope Tourist Office.

Many thanks to Angela who wetted our interest in the Italian Dolomites with marvellous photos of their unique structure. Her recommendation of the Road Scholar touring group was informative.

Thanks to all who provided refreshments, technical support and cleaning up.

Be sure to mark your calendars with our next social....June 13: Potluck Summer Picnic and Slideshow- Patagonia by Bill Myrtle. See you
Beth
