It was a brisk, clear day. We started at about 9:00.
As usual, we only saw one other small group of hikers on our way up. Going down by Nelson Creek had the typical stream of hikers and dogs going in both directions
Millie is a pro when it comes to being the assistant leader. Phyllis, as a 14 week old brown fuzzy ball, rose to the challenge, but needed some assistance at times, enjoying seeing the world from her father’s backpack.
