Vancouver/Burnaby Ramble by Bike, June 9, 2021

Four keen riders enjoyed a leisurely ramble along the bike routes of Vancouver and Burnaby under what turned out to be a beautiful sunny day.  Some of our highlights included the graffiti-covered skate board tunnel under Hastings Street, a lively outdoor Zumba class at Still Creek Park, wonderful, whimsical topiary Pegasus (there were 2 – is that pegasi?) and owls along Boundary, an unexpectedly quiet and lovely water-front picnic lunch spot in Central Park (thanks, Helen!) and the chocolate treasure trove at Rocky Mountain Factory Outlet along Central Valley Greenway (thanks again, Helen).  Thanks to Bengul, Katy and Helen for the pleasure of their company and an awesome day.
