After some moments of indecision, the Tour de Richmond departed at 10:30 at the north end of the Canada line bridge. We had cloudy skies with glimpses of sun going east then south on the Shell road trail. The ride on the south dyke was lovely with views of Van Is mtns and a couple of eagles. Heading into Steveston, we were caught in a scowl but dried out in the Blenz’s coffee shop. Along the west dyke, north shore mtns became visible. The weather warmed up and we put on sunglasses!! for the rest of the trip. At the Brideport train station, we parted company at 2:00pm… a nice 4 hour day. Thanks to my sole attendee, Patricia for being a good sport.
