A fun ride today!
Even thought it was posted as a last minute bike trip, we had 9 riders out with one guest. It was nice to see some new faces. As promised, our pace was 10 – 13 km/hr and we waited at all the turns for our end person to ensure no one got lost. We had our first lunch at Lonsdale Quay and a second one at New Brighton Park beach. We rode through the PNE grounds to the secret Cassiar bike path and graffiti tunnel. It was a lovely relaxing socializing day. Six of the bikers will be partaking in the NSH Italian bike ride in May 2023 that I am organizing. It was nice to ride together and get to know each other better.
