This past Sunday’s hike was a great day out despite some last minute changes to the trip destination due to the Golden Ears day pass system. We ended up going to the Chilliwack Lake Provincial Park where a group of six of us hiked the Lindeman and Greendrop Lakes Trail. The trail totalled about 14-15km which took us about 5.5 hours return. There was not a lot of elevation (about 500m) but the boulder fields made the trail technical at times. The weather was beautiful and we had very minimal bugs, and we stopped for ice cream at the famous Mighty Moose Ice Cream shop on our way back.
