    Sorry for the late trip report-been busy.

    We had a full house: 3 men and 3 women ride from Trout lake, to Burnaby lake, to Lake Como, to Lake Mundy, to Lost lake and to Lafarge lake. We had loads of laughter on this bike ride as we “horsed” around during our breaks.

    We biked 48 km over 6 hours with a long lunch break at Blue mountain park.
