This trail reminded me of what the Grouse Grind or the BCMC trail must have been like 100 years ago. Lush forest, soft and mossy underfoot, steep sections, same elevation gain. And nobody else around. Big thanks to Mary for leading this lesser known gem of a hike. In the North Shore trail maps, this is also known as the Seymour Valley Lookout.
