    Happy New Year! We finally got out on our bikes after weeks of snow and icy roads.

    Nine happy and enthusiastic bikers met at Trout Lake. As it was our first NSH bike ride this year, we all took it easy and enjoyed the views and sunshine as we meandered thru parks, quiet streets, dikes, forest, bike and rubberized trails. We had a picnic brunch along Fraser river and it was surprisingly warm.

    Big thanks to Louise for volunteering to be our end person and keeping all nine chatty riders together- Bernadette, Michele ( new member, joined two days ago) , Aldona, Jayne, Helen, Ling (only second club trip) and Anita.
