    On Thursday, July 7, 11 of us set off towards Lone Goat via Skyline (https://besthikesbc.ca/hiking-lone-goat-and-snow-camp-mountain-in-manning-park/). The weather was terrific and, once out of the woods, we enjoyed spectacular views. We encountered several extended patches of snow at various parts of the trail (which we also temporarily lost at one point).
    We didn’t lose our good moods however!
    As we neared the ascent to Lone Goat, the group agreed to split and some turned back while others hiked to the top.
    In the evening, we all met up at Donny’s campsite for dinner, relaxation, a fire and more chatting.
