Aldona led a group of 8 along this rocky, rooty path with lots of ups and downs. There was one guest. A few of us members had never done the hike before. It was a brisk, clear day with quite a bit of wind. The birdsong activity was unusually present. Lots of well- behaved dogs on the path. The small beach was quite crowded, with the geese being the stars of the show. Thanks for a great hike. Aldona.

Unfortunately, I have to choose a bike ride in Whiterock that I have been longing to do over your trip. I hope I will meet you again soon on some other trips.
