7 registrants, 5 showed up. We did the full loop of the 2 canyons starting and ending at the Rice Lake parking lot. Great weather for hiking, less great for driving on Lilloet Road at the end of the hike after one hour of heavy snowing. Icy trails in many places – crampons a good add on to the hiking boots. Lots of fallen trees debris. Some trails on the upper part of Fisherman trail were closed. Beautiful vistas of the canyons with icicles hanging from the overhang rocks. A good outing enjoyed by all.
