It’s a hot Wednesday midweek but 5 NSHikers drove up early morning to Whistler to explore the new playground – High Note loop trail and new suspension bridge off the Peak Chair.
The sceneries and views at the top exceed all expectations.. we are very excited and looking forward to the full High Note hike
There are no disappointments … we were rewarded with abundant alpine flowers and many many lakes. Lesley, our leader, gave botany lesson along the way – this is a great bonus… We had our well deserved lunch break with an amazing view of Cheakamus Lakes. The day ended with a high note when we stopped by both Symphony Lake and Harmony Lake to cool down with a swim or soak off our tiring feet.
Thank you so much Lesley leading a great trip and driving us on this very hot day but it’s all worthwhile!!
