FK to Coquitlam Lafarge Lake

I would like to modify that to, 8 hour hike and/or 2 hour bike ride and/or 45 minutes bus ride. Have now covered that distance three different ways and each gave a distinctly different experience. Thanks to Mariken for showing another way of getting around and about metropolitan Vancouver.
