Three of us met around 8:30 am at St. Davids. We stopped at Galileo Coffee for coffee and washroom. We started snowshoeing around 9:50 am. There was one car at the trailhead. We followed the backcountry skier’s route along the way. We saw him (who was returning) just before the Elfin Shelter. We were hoping the clouds would move after lunch. It didn’t happen. We couldn’t see any peaks. At some places, the second reflecting poles were barely visible along the trail.
Thank you Andrea for leading us on this mid-week hike/snowshoeing. You may see my pics from the Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/benrose/albums/72157666887352905
Happy hiking or snowshoeing!
