Thank you to Joanne Boutin for leading this lovely bike ride from Vancouver to New Westminster. There were five North Shore Hikers that met near Ontario and 39<sup>th</sup> Area in Vancouver. We headed over to the beautiful Masumi-Mitsui Greenway (formally the North Arm Trail Greenway) near 59<sup>th</sup> and Argyle area in Vancouver and followed it out towards New Westminster, going past the Annacis Island Swing Bridge in Queensborough. We had lunch at the New Westminster Quay and returned via the Central Valley Greenway through New Westminster and Burnaby. The Central Valley Greenway hooks up nicely with SkyTrain and transit hubs for those interested in cycling or walking on the pathway. It was a beautiful bike ride. We parted ways due to a few events near Broadway and Rupert in Vancouver near the Building Collapse yesterday that had the surrounding area blocked off. Two continued to the Kitsilano neighbourhood.
