We had another epic bike ride starting from Trout lake, to Burnaby lake, to Lake Como, to Lake Mundy, to Lost lake and finally to Lafarge lake. Thanks to my fellow bikers for being adventurous and so agreeable. We explored every trail in and around Mundy Park. The atmosphere in the park was zen-like with the sprinkle of snow on quiet trails. Lake Como is surrounded by large mansions…kind-of a miniature version of the real Lake Cuomo in Italy. I thought Lafarge Lake reminded me of our NSH international trip to Geneva, Switzerland with a big 20m high spray fountain in the lake with a lovely perimeter concrete walkway. We all agreed that Coquitlam would be a lovely place to live.
