Thank you Andrea for leading us on this hike. Eight of us met at Park Royal. Because of snow conditions around Cypress Mountain, Andrea had decided to hike some other peak instead of Mt Strachan. We decided to try to hike Brunswick Mountain after discussing on various options. We started around 9:45 am from the trailhead in Lions Bay. Seven of us decided to cross Magnesia Creek. Five of us stopped for lunch at approximately 1500m elevation, where trail intersecting with Howe Sound Crest trail and with a view of Mt Harvey after a few 100 m walk. Two of us decided to hike up a little more. After lunch, we met at the junction and started to descent all together. We finished around 3:15 pm. A few of us were trying to catch their Easter dinner. 8th hiker arrived to parking spot with different stories.
