    Just a few pics from the April 30th hike on Bowen Island. The group of 12 followed up the Skid Trail to the summit of Mt. Gardner. Fair weather for the day afforded good views of the Sunshine Coast, Howe Sound, and the Coast Mountains.

    The group started the hike from the Snug Cove Ferry Terminal at 0930 and made (with a bit of a hurried effort at the end) the 1600 ferry back to Horseshoe Bay.
