    Thanks to Sheila, Katy and Brent for coming on my bike ride today, there was four of us.  It was a good day for it, we had a nice breeze and we had our lunch at the Flying Beaver at the Airport.  The bike ride route we took ended up being just over 40 km long and a great day for it.
