Five came. The queen, the one missing her American, the one who left her mother at home, the one who is transit dependent, and one man. Hike descriptions say 150m elevation gain, but cumulative gain must be more than that. Perfect temp for hiking, cool. The sun came out on our way back. One hiker got trapped by a root, and to her dismay had her picture taken. The big cedar now has a fence around it due to erosion of the soil. Rivers and falls are some of my favourite things. Kennedy Falls not as spectacular as I’ve seen it, but still spectacular. Not throwing off as much mist as it sometimes does. Thanks to our Maps Me queen for leading. Maybe she will post some of her pictures.
