“Today 4 intrepid hikers braved the elements (gloriously warm weather and mainly dry trail) to the Big Cedar Tree and Kennedy Falls. Our enthusiastic and cheerful leader, Bengül, danced ahead and fought off the wildlife (other hikers). We lunched at the falls where Mark shared his chocolate (the reason he is allowed to come along). There would have been more of us (expecting two more to join us) to share the joy today but, disappointingly, traffic over the bridges was at a standstill this morning. Thanks to Bengül for a fun adventure in the woods.”
