Sometimes fairy tales come true. Jayne’s backcountry ski trip to Fat Dog for the day was a winter wonderland. From the rains in Vancouver we hit a light snowfall in Manning with plenty of visibility, some blue sky, powder snow and very few people.
One car with five of us. It was worth the drive (but I didn’t do it.) It was worth the ski (but I snowshoed and was able to keep up no problem.) It was stunning.
