Alouette Mountain, April 30, 2016

Eleven of us met at FK parking lot before 8 am. Another hiker joined us at the West Canyon Trail parking (lot. http://www.livetrails.com/trails/Alouette-Mountain-from-West-Canyon-trailhead-2506.html)

We hiked up from the east using Evans peak trail. It was about 12 km return with an elevation gain of approximately 1200 m. We started to hike around 9:10 am and finished 3:50 pm.

My legs were used to ride bicycle last two weeks. Now I have to deal with different muscles. Day two: I still feel my sore legs.
