2nd attempt of Norvan Falls hike, May 31/24

I am just catching up on trip reports… Norman falls is always a hoot with you get Anita and I together. We laugh the entire time and the kilometres seem to vanish away.

We had tried this easy hike a few months ago, but did not reach the falls as our participants could not make it all the way for one reason or another. Anita was greatly disappointed as I have described standing beneath the Norvan waterfall as comparable to any waterfall in Hawaii.

With our second “big” attempt, my new strategy was to walk along the river as not to tire out the hikers and we might make it to the waterfall! It worked, however the water level was too high for most hikers and they could not walk to the base of the waterfall! Anita and I decided that a third attempt of this easy hike was required in the summer, when the water levels go down, LOL! How this hike became harder then climbing Mount Everest is enigmatic and incomprehensible! See you all on our third attempt!
