Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017,at 7:30 p.m., at the Sunrise Community Centre, 1950 Windermere Street, Vancouver, west of Rupert and south of 1st Avenue. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Bring your own mug.

After the official meeting, there will be an interesting slideshow by Cristina Jacob, on her trip to Antarctica.

There will be a prize draw for all trip leaders of this year. Three prizes of MEC $50 gift certificate will be awarded. But the winner must be present at the AGM to be eligible.
